Welcome to the Eastern Ohio Counselors Association (EOCA).  The mission of the EOCA is to promote and advance the profession of counseling in the eastern region of Ohio. 

EOCA is a chapter of the Ohio Counseling Association and has members in Mahoning, Portage, Trumbull, Cuyahoga, Stark, Ashtabula, Columbiana, Summit, Jefferson, Tuscarawas, and Lorian County.
